These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the ReferTrack software and related services ('Services') provided by Bormerco LLC ('Company'). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your business, subject to the limitations specified in these Terms and your Master Software License and Services Agreement.

You are entitled to receive updates and improvements to the licensed software during your active subscription period. Cancellation terminates your right to receive further updates.

All software, content and materials provided by the Company are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part of our software or materials without our explicit written consent.

Prices for our software and services are subject to change. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time, subject to your active agreement.

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including distributing malware, hacking, or violating any applicable laws.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of any software provided by the Company.

The Company provides support for its Services as described in your Master Software License and Services Agreement. Support inquiries should be directed through our designated support channels.

Services may be terminated with 30 days' notice. The Company also reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
