How does the Free Trial work?

If you're eligible, our engineers and support staff will get to work installing your enterprise grade software on our secure and scalable server infrastructure. From there, you'll implement tracking and get your affiliate program ready to launch. You can test your signup forms, confirm sales tracking is working and can optimize any automations needed. Assuming all goes well, after the Free Trial Period ends, your Master Software License and Service Agreement will be effective.

Is it really free?

Yes, it is free. With one catch: To reduce fraud, we've learned that requiring a 100% refundable deposit helps a lot. Although we don't take any payments from you during this free trial period, we will need your credit card information and a small deposit that will be returned to you upon termination of the free trial.

What if I want to cancel my free trial?

We make it simple for you to cancel at any time within your dashboard and your deposit will be returned.

What if I need help during my free trial?

Our professional, US-based affiliate marketing veteran support staff will be available during business hours to help! Your support contact details will be provided after your software is setup.

Is it really your enterprise software I get to try for free?

(Obviously, I wrote that question!) Yes, with your free trial, you get the same software and enterprise level setup that our largest clients get. We have limited resources and as such, we cannot accept all free trial requests.

Do I sign any contracts?

Yes, we must have an agreement of terms prior to using our software or services. Your Master Software License and Services Agreement has a Free Trial Appendix that is in effect for the duration of the free trial period.

How do I get out of the contract?

Your Master Services Agreement will define the process and timing of termination.

Can I launch my Affiliate Program during my free trial?

Absolutely. We hope that you'll launch your program and allow affiliates to join and send referral sales right away. (Of course our Free Trial Agreement imposes some limitations to avoid abuse of our free trial.)

What happens if I continue beyond the free trial?

During your signup process, you can choose the plan you'll buy after your free trial period ends. For example, if you choose the Pro plan, your setup fee will be invoiced and the first month of your plan's monthly fees will be invoiced.

Free Trial Ends

Our expectation is that you'll be delighted with ReferTrack and will want to continue on, and license ReferTrack for your business. If not, just let us know and we'll terminate the software, erase all the data and return your deposit.
